Shipping Policy
Before Delivery
Customers are responsible for ensuring the following before delivery:
There is clear and safe access to the property/building.
There are no parking restrictions that may prevent our delivery team from accessing your location. Our deliveries are carried out using large delivery vehicles.
Please measure all doors, hallways, stairways, and access points where your furniture will pass through. A minimum access width of 75cm is required.
If access is restricted, please contact our team before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
Standard delivery charges include delivery to the front door or ground floor entrance area.
Delivery to other floors, rooms, or special placements may require an additional charge.
You will be contacted 24 hours before your delivery date with a scheduled delivery time slot. Please ensure the contact number provided during checkout is available.
You will also receive a 1-hour delivery notification before arrival to ensure an adult is available to accept the order.
Order Processing Period
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM will usually begin processing on the same working day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturdays will be processed on Monday.
A member of our team will contact you once your order has been confirmed to arrange your delivery date.
Delivery Time Scale
Delivery Charges & Locations
Elite Furnitures offers delivery across Mainland UK.
- Standard delivery charge: £80
- Locations with extended delivery areas may have an additional delivery charge.
We currently deliver only within Mainland UK.
We do not deliver to the following locations (including but not limited to):
- Isle of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Islands
- Channel Islands
- Isles of Scilly
- Offshore islands or remote postcode areas
Some remote postcode areas may have additional delivery restrictions or charges.
Missed Deliveries
Once your delivery has been confirmed, you will receive:
- A 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before arrival
- A 1-hour arrival notification before delivery
If nobody is available to accept the delivery and the items are returned, a redelivery charge may apply.
If you cancel your order due to a missed delivery, the original delivery charge will not be refundable.
Changing Your Delivery Date
You can request a delivery date change by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.
Please note:
- Changes requested within 48 hours of delivery may incur an additional charge.
- If the delivery has already been dispatched and you request a change, a new delivery charge may apply.
